In the application of roller presses, the inclination angle α of the universal joint is a key parameter, which is constrained by multiple factors such as roll adjustment, joint length, and gear seat parameters, directly affecting the coefficient of motion non-uniformity. When there is an angular deviation, the angular velocity of the output shaft will exhibit periodic fluctuations, and this non-uniformity needs to be controlled within an allowable range through reasonable design.
For large roller presses, it is recommended to use heavy-duty cross axis universal couplings, with typical models such as SWC and SWP series, which have the advantages of high load-bearing capacity, long service life, and smooth operation.
